Here we highlight four programs that can help your organization to build a blue growth organization. Our approach is tailored to each question.

Purpose

For blue growth, you need an inspiring purpose, translated into a clear strategy with Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) pillars and objectives. This sets a clear direction that inspires and motivates everyone to take action. We use the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the B Corp assessment method for this.

To engage your people and run a future-oriented business, you need an inspiring purpose. It’s essential that this is translated into clear goals for everyone. In 3 steps, we work with all stakeholders. We engage in discussions with stakeholders and incorporate their input into interactive workshops. Together, we create a clear story and inspiring purpose that sets the direction for everyone, inspires, and motivates action.

You already have an inspiring purpose, but how do you translate that into an organization that works towards it? Developing a strategy for ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) is a crucial first step. Together, we identify opportunities and key points in ESG and involve the organization across all departments. The result? An ESG Roadmap with assigned responsibilities and a clear action plan.

Grooblue uses B Corp as a method to help organizations operate more sustainably. We raise awareness within the organization and create a roadmap towards B Corp (re)certification. Our Impact Game, developed in collaboration with B Lab Benelux, is one of the tools we use to help your team take the first steps. With plenty of inspiration, we then work step by step towards (re)certification.

People

An inclusive and people-centered work environment leads to better results. This is how you develop a sustainable growth culture where everyone can excel in a safe manner. Blue growth is only possible when everyone is a leader. Self-reflection and ownership are fundamental. In this way, we shift from an ego-system to an eco-system.

To grow sustainably, attention to an inclusive culture is essential. We help fast-growing organizations build a sustainable growth culture. With our growth culture scan, we provide insights into the organization’s challenges and engagement. We perform an analysis and develop a structured people plan with clear priorities. If necessary, we offer support in implementing this plan and coach the HR and/or management team.

In a blue growth organization, everyone is a leader. We challenge you to step up your leadership. In a company-wide Personal Purpose Challenge, we embark on a six-week journey to focus on your personal impact. This links your personal purpose to the purpose of the organization.

The pressure to meet climate goals and legislation is rapidly increasing. A business strategy that doesn’t account for this risks falling behind and becoming unsustainable for the future. How do you determine where to focus? It all starts with insight. To know where you want to move forward, everyone must understand where you currently stand.

The pressure to meet climate goals and legislation is rapidly increasing. But how do you determine where to focus, where you can make the biggest impact, and how to comply with regulations such as the CSRD?
It all starts with insight. To know where you want to go, you must first understand where you are now. We help you conduct this crucial baseline measurement. We do this, among other things, through a materiality analysis, a mandatory part of the CSRD, where you and your stakeholders identify which issues are “material,” meaning critically important, for your organization.

Based on the results of the Planet baseline measurement, we work together with all stakeholders to develop a strategic agenda for the coming years. This agenda will help your organization not only to become sustainable and future-proof but also to comply with all relevant laws and regulations. By involving all relevant stakeholders in its practical implementation, we create support within the organization. We break down big topics into manageable projects that everyone can tackle, no matter what role they have in the organization – everyone participates.
