The Impact Game is a perfect tool. Make broad and complex topics like ‘’making impact’’ or ‘’sustainable work’’ accessible and enjoyable for all colleagues.
The Impact game has been developed in cooperation with B Lab Benelux.
Insight & engagement
Sustainability and impact are complex and broad concepts, but with the Impact Game, everyone can participate and get involved. This interactive and accessible business game requires no prior knowledge.
In small groups, you’ll work on subtopics, with cards based on ESG and B Corp principles. The Impact Game can be customized to your organization and is scalable.
Result? An initial well-supported step towards a roadmap with owners and increased engagement.
This game can be played in various ways, with an average duration of 1 to 2.5 hours. It’s also a fun activity for team outings!

The first step
In an interactive workshop, colleagues come together to explore where the organization can make an impact and what their own role is in that process.
The Impact Game is available in Dutch, French and English and can be played in various formats. Duration is a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 2.5 hours, with a maximum of 25 participants.
We facilitate your team, tailor the game to your sector, and provide a wrap-up for the team.
Result? The first step has been taken, the focus is determined, and next steps are defined.
Alternatively, you can choose to facilitate the game yourself. We are happy to support you with this.
